PURPOSE:

There is no formal membership in the Sisterhood, it is open to all members of our parish. We are a ministry comprised of women, and some men. We contribute to nurturing the community life of our parish. We extend our hospitality through hosting the three Feast days our parish observes, retreats and special events. We also do fundraising for the Sisterhood and support some of the programs of the parish through “behind the scenes” work. A core aspect of this ministry is bringing the women of the parish together and encouraging younger women to participate. Each and every one of us is called to serve our Lord and our church in ways that allow God’s love to shine through us, for the benefit of others.
